Dr. Cynthia Dolezsar offers a confidential and caring space to discuss. She is a registered psychologist and uses a variety of treatment modalities, namely Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. She is not an advocate for “coping” with uncomfortable states – these are usually modifiable and relief is possible. The therapeutic approaches she uses are tailored to your specific needs and she uses techniques that have already been shown in research studies to be effective.

Dr. Cynthia Dolezsar is a registered psychologist and a member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (  She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the CPA/APA approved program of Concordia University.  She has worked and received training in various settings including McGill University, Queen's University, Ottawa University, Royal Victoria Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital Center.  She hopes to benefit those in need of support with her extensive background in treating anxiety, stress and depressed mood.

Receipts provided. Please check coverage with your insurance plan. Most plans cover visits with a psychologist. You can also claim these sessions as a medical expense on your income tax returns.
